Born and educated in New York, Ziporah Gelernter attended Yeshiva University High School and Stern College for Women, where she received her Bachelor of Science degree in biology, graduating with honors in 1999. She was accepted to a number of medical schools but chose to study for her degree in General Dentistry at the University of Medicine and Dentistry of New Jersey. She graduated with honors and an award from the Academy of General Dentistry and continued her studies with a General Practice residency at Jacobi Medical Center and the North Central Bronx Hospital, specializing in oral surgery.
Specializing in facial injections and dermal fillers
Dr. Gelernter moved to Israel with her family and joined a dental team where she practiced Pediatric Dentistry, Periodontics, Endodontics, Implantology and Oral Surgery. She decided to broaden her skills by studying Facial Esthetics in New York, specializing in facial injections and dermal fillers. She is accredited by and an active member of the American Academy of Facial Esthetics. She loves helping people feel better about their appearance by delivering a combination of dental and facial esthetic treatments, and her patients truly appreciate her caring attention.
